This program is good for people who are in the midst of burning out, and need support to move from stuck and anxious to grounded and focused. In 6 weeks, you will break the burnout cycle, receive deep partnership to help you return to your healthiest self, and end with a system that protects you from future burnout.
- Week 1: Learn and practice restorative exercises to immediately interrupt the burnout cycle and its impact on your body.
- Week 2: Complete a health assessment to develop awareness of your baseline health habits. Create work/life balance goals.
- Week 3: Deep dive into personal values + identity to understand how they impact your work/life balance.
- Week 4: Create systematized health practices that are achieveable to support work/life balance goals.
- Week 5: Implement and practice new systems. Strengthen the WHY behind the health systems created. Evaluation point to ensure progress is sustainable beyond the current burnout cycle.
- Week 6: Codify a toolbox of personalized strategies that ensure your new systems are sustainable beyond the timing of this program, preventing future burnout and keeping you at your healthiest self.
- Weekly 45 minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions
- Lightweight, self-guided exercises to reinforce insights and learnings from coaching sessions
