This program is good for people who need support to ensure they have the strongest health systems in place to support their big life goals. In 6 weeks, you will transform your health practices from restrictive and time consuming to flexible and sustainable. We will work in deep partnership to ensure your healthiest self is inclusive of the things that matter most to you like your culture, relationships, and favorite foods.
- Week 1: Complete a health assessment and develop awareness of your baseline health habits.
- Week 2: Build a vision of the healthiest version of you that aligns with your vision of your most successful self.
- Week 3: Deep dive into personal values + identity to understand how they impact your choices around your health and wellness practices. Create new systems that fit with your new vision of your healthiest lifestyle.
- Week 4: Implement and practice new systems. Breakthrough existing health myths and limiting beliefs that have historically held you back and broke your momentum. Gain deeper knowledge on holistic health practices across nutrition, fitness, meditation, and more.
- Week 5: Strengthen the new behaviors into intuitive habits. Understand how to build flexibility into your systems to allow for life's future ups and downs.
- Week 6: Codify a toolbox of personalized strategies that ensure your new systems are sustainable beyond the timing of this program.
- Weekly 45 minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions
- Lightweight, self-guided exercises to reinforce insights and learnings from coaching sessions
